This volume constitutes the proceedings of the 17th International Conference on Intelligent Tutoring Systems, ITS 2021, held in Athens, Greece, in June 2021. Due to COVID-19 pandemic the conference was held virtually. The 22 full papers, 22 short papers and 18 other papers presented in this volume were carefully reviewed and selected from 87 submissions.
