Horror starring Katia Winter as a journalist who goes in search of her missing friend. Investigative journalist Anne Roland (Winter) takes it upon herself to uncover the truth behind the disappearance of her friend James Hirsch (Michael McMillian), who went missing after taking a drug previously used in the Project MKUltra research experiments by the CIA. Her journey leads her to Colorado where she meets drug user Thomas Blackburn (Ted Levine). Initially reluctant to help, Thomas gets involved in Anne's search and after hearing a mysterious radio signal they find themselves in a laboratory where the experiments were carried out.
