Documentary examining the origins and legacy of Nirvana's 1991 album 'Nevermind'. Emerging from a small independent scene in Seattle, no one could have predicted the almost overnight success of Nirvana on the back of 'Nevermind' and its lead single, 'Smells Like Teen Spirit'.
