William Devane stars in this 1970s thriller. After returning home to a hero's welcome, Vietnam veteran Major Charles Rane (Devane) soon finds things going downhill. In a loveless marriage, and with some of the townsfolk quickly turning against him, all Rane has left is a collection of silver dollars given to him by some appreciative locals. But after a criminal gang invades his home, murders his family and steals the coins, Rane sets off for Mexico in pursuit.
