Low-budget horror which follows a group of ghost hunters who get more than they bargained for when they check into a clown-themed motel. Just as they get settled in to their strange surroundings, terrifying clowns soon appear and begin terrorising the group. The clowns, however, are actually vengeful spirits, and the gang will have to stick together and come up with a plan fast if they are to escape alive. The cast includes Martin Klebba, Ari Lehman and Tony Moran.
