Dan Moss directs and co-writes this thriller set in Uganda. American drug smuggler Hugo Winter (Nicolas Fagerberg) makes his way to Uganda where he hopes to get his hands on the mythical drug known as Bulu and begin shipping it across the globe. However, as he settles in a small village and befriends two sisters (Esther Tebandeke and Rehema Nanfuka) Hugo succumbs to the potent powers of the drug and finds himself struggling to define between real life and fantasy. Meanwhile, the sisters' initial welcome for Hugo is met with some resistance as they uncover his real reason for being there.
