Morgan J. Freeman directs this road trip drama. Mark Webber stars as Daniel Carter, a 20-year-old petty thief who is sentenced to a stint of community service as a janitor at a local primary school. There he befriends a troubled eight-year-old boy, Boone (Antonio Ortiz), who is later placed in a care home following the hospitalisation of his mother. Daniel decides to kidnap Boone from the care home and the unlikely pair set out to drive together to Dallas, Texas in an attempt to reunite Boone with his older sister, Charlotte (Roxanne Fox).
