Description

John Henderson directs this sci-fi drama starring Ted Danson and Joely Richardson. Cynical Doctor Jonathan Dempsey (Danson) arrives in Scotland to explode the myth of the Loch Ness Monster once and for all - much to the chagrin of the local community, who rely on the tourist trade that the monster generates. Dempsey becomes involved with Laura (Richardson), the landlady of the pub where he is staying, and his views are gradually altered by both the local townsfolk and something mysterious below Loch Ness.
