Former outlaw Nathaniel Reed (Adkins) has given up his criminal ways and settled down into a quiet life within the law on a small farm with his wife, Laura Lee (Harrison). That is, until a man who once worked in Reed's crew turns up with U.S. Marshal Calhoun (Coates) in dogged pursuit.
