Jessica Hynes writes, directs and stars in this British drama. Life is becoming unbearable for working mother Tina (Hynes): her eldest daughter (Sennia Nanua) is being bullied at school, her increasingly neurotic mother (Anita Dobson) is threatening to divorce her father (Christopher Fairbank), not to mention the fact she barely sees her supportive husband Mick (Shaun Parkes) who also works full-time. Tina uses her time at the gym as a way of alleviating the stresses around her and even enters the boxing ring to work on her self-esteem. As her domestic situation intensifies Tina must do all she can to keep her family from falling apart.
