American horror in which teenager Alex (Gabrielle Haugh) and her best friend Miles (Grayson Gabriel) find a strange box in the attic of Alex's grandmother's mansion. What lies inside is a set of instructions on how to conduct an ancient pagan ritual called The Midnight Game, used to conjure the deepest, darkest fears of its participants. If the rules of the game are broken and they do not surround themselves with a circle of salt while playing or relight an extinguished candle in three seconds, they leave themselves vulnerable to a horrifying supernatural creature which will seek out to claim the lives of those who lose or cheat the game.
