Concluding three episodes of the anime series featuring the international negotiator who never loses a case. After helping the Romanovski heiress Nadenka attempt escape to Japan with the Khristos ring in his last Russian adventure, Yugo is still in Russia, infiltrating an FSK base in order to get to a top dog within the organisation. He plans to eventually negotiate with the dreaded General Garachova but there seems little hope as the sadistic General and his men subject Yugo to a brutal interrogation.
